QR ordering • inventory • customer growth

Stop losing repeat orders to phone calls and memory.

SynCloud Connect turns a product bag, box, barn sign, or store display into a direct reorder path. Customers scan, choose, pay, and the order becomes a digital pick ticket for the yard or warehouse.

3 clicks target reorder flow • 1 pick ticket per online order • 2 stores in the Sweet Cypress Ranch scope

The operating loop

1Scan — customer scans the QR code.
2Order — customer reorders online and pays through Shopify.
3Pick — yard/warehouse sees the digital pick ticket.
4Verify — card is held until loading is confirmed.
5Done — inventory updates after crew confirmation.
The difference

Replace informal order handling with a traceable workflow.

This comparison uses the operating problems and capabilities documented for Sweet Cypress Ranch, not generic claims about every business.

Documented project model

Sweet Cypress Ranch: the numbers, without pretending they are guarantees.

The proposal states that return figures are projections based on starting assumptions and should be replaced with actual operating numbers after launch.

How it works

One connected workflow from customer scan to stock update.

01

Customer scans

QR codes can be placed on product bags, boxes, barn signs or repeat-order touchpoints.

02

Customer orders

Shopify handles online order/payment; the proposal calls for the card to be held until loading is confirmed.

03

Yard receives ticket

The crew sees the order on the yard workflow and loads requested products.

04

Crew taps Done

Inventory deduction is tied to yard confirmation rather than initial order alone.

05

Books stay familiar

QuickBooks remains the accounting system; Shopify transactions can flow through the Shopify Connector.

06

Relationship continues

Opted-in customers can receive announcements, reminders and reward communications.

Google + local discovery

Google Business Profiles for both stores, local pages such as “hay LaBelle” and “feed store Fort Myers,” plus Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and farm directories.

AI-ready content

Structured data and FAQ content are proposed to help AI-powered search understand the business. No ranking or traffic outcome is guaranteed.

90-day social launch

The documented plan calls for three posts per week during launch plus referral tracking.

Stars Club + Rewards Fund

A customer-reward mechanism, not a hidden commission.

The proposal states that 2% of online sales goes into the customer's rewards fund in the customer's account and that Omega UI receives no commission.

Illustrative proposal example: $10,000/month online sales → $200 rewards fund; modeled as $100 member credits + $100 drawings/referrals.

The $10,000 sales level and 20 paid members are proposal assumptions, not current verified sales.

Ownership

Customer-owned operating assets

The proposal states that the customer owns the domain, Shopify store, payment processor, QuickBooks, Google profiles and customer data, with data export within 14 days under the stated terms.

Support

Use the right channel

HighLevel and Shopify handle their platform issues. SynCloud handles its built components through the documented support process. Emergency escalation: 941-882-0130 after the first support steps.

FAQ

No vague promises.

Does SynCloud replace QuickBooks?

No. QuickBooks remains the accounting system. Shopify online transactions can be imported through the Shopify Connector; in-store sales remain in the existing register/bookkeeping routine.

Does an online order immediately reduce inventory?

Not in the documented workflow. Final inventory deduction is tied to the yard/warehouse crew tapping Done after loading.

Are projected returns guaranteed?

No. The proposal calls them illustrative projections dependent on assumptions.

Is SEO guaranteed?

No. The proposal says results can take 3–6 months and gives no ranking or traffic guarantee.

Is the QR code on this page live?

No. Production QR codes should point to the actual reorder URL and be tested before printing.

Verification notes

Source-backed claims only.

Customer-specific scope, pricing, projections, rollout and assumptions come from Proposal SCC-2026-001 dated September 24, 2026. Current vendor information should be rechecked before contracts or production configuration.
